Tranquility Bath Crystals
Scoop a small handful of your bath salts into the running water, use your hands to swish the water and completely dissolve the granules before relaxing into the warm water. Bathe for at least 20 minutes to get the full benefits from the salts, minerals and essential oils. You can also add to your shower tray, when the steam and hot water hits the salts you will have your own aromatherapy spa shower.
